November has always been a busy month for the IRN team.
In addition to Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day and the Marine Corps Birthday (that’s on your calendar too right?), six of our team attended the ITNation Conference in Orlando.
The conference features best of breed companies from all over the world that sell service or support technology.
Its a great opportunity to learn from our industry peers, to come up to speed on compliance and the latest in information technology.
We also had fun!
The keynote speaker was Patrick Lencioni, if you haven’t read his book – you should. He describes the virtues of the ideal team player as someone who is Hungry, Humble and Smart. I know you will recognize as I did that the individuals that form the team that serves you – the IRN team has these traits! We all have work to do and can all improve in some way, but those essential traits are all evident in each person.
As a company or as an individual I encourage you to read this book!
