In a drive to increase feedback from our clients, we have implemented an exciting new feedback initiative.
We went back and forth on either a 20 page survey in essay format sent on all completed tickets & site visits, or choosing one of three emoticons:
The emoticons won.
Upon completion of service tickets, our clients can simply click on one of the smiley faces (green, yellow, or red) to let us know how we did. Naturally, green smiley faces are our favorite. But, in those situations where we did not do our best we really want to know why.
How else will we have the opportunity to turn a frown upside down?
Remember, it is not about the technology – It’s about the technician.
