The Life Cycle of a Service Ticket

What happens to your ticket once you’ve sent it in? Well, whether you submitted your ticket through email, IRN chat, your handy-dandy IRN agent,  or you called us up (and likely spoke to me) it all starts with you reaching out for help. Your ticket will be assigned a number and I will acknowledge it. That’s right! A real person is sending you that email that says we’ve received your ticket because we know you’re a real person who needs our help.

To us, a service ticket is more than a number, it’s about the client behind it.

Next, I will assign your ticket to one of our superhero Engineers who will contact you and work to find the best solution for your unique problem. Once your quandary is solved, they will complete the ticket and put the power back in your hands. At IRN every ticket starts with you and ends with you, our amazing clients! Upon completion, we look forward to your feedback.  By completing the quick smiley face survey with a short note on how we did, we can make sure you’re getting the best service possible.
