IRN Is Partnered with Xerox

When I think of copiers, I think of the scene from the movie Office Space where a group of co-workers demolish a copier with so much pent up hostility that you almost feel bad for the machine.  Sometimes, even your technology team feels that way too.  However, beating copiers  into submission with a baseball bat is against company policy.  Instead we combine our technical expertise with a quality partnership to make the annoying, yet necessary, machines do as they should.

We have found that the Xerox Small Office Savings Plan helps us, and our clients, keep the baseball bats away.  This plan has been designed specifically for small businesses that needs affordable color printing.  How does it work?  Xerox will send you a free printer and provide free onsite service coverage.  Your part is to make a monthly deposit into your supplies credit account and then order your supplies from your credit account when you need them.

The plans are short-term and simple to manage.  The base plan is two years and the premium plan is one year.  There are six offerings in the program: Phaser 7100/DN, WorkCentre 6605/DM, VersaLink C400/DN, Phaser 6510/DN, and WorkCentre 6515/DN.   With any of the  single function color printers, you pay a flat monthly deposit that 100% goes into a supplies credit account for your supplies.  With any of the multifunction printers, the monthly deposit goes into a credit account for supplies and a monthly multifunctionality fee.  The amount you pay per month depends on the printer model you choose  Upon graduation from the plan you have three options:  (1)You can send Xerox an email saying that your device has graduated from the plan, you want to keep your device and cancel your account.  (2) You continue to pay the monthly premiums each month after the plan ends, you keep the Xerox Tech Support service with the device (Over the phone support & onsite support if needed), and for being a loyal Xerox customer you get a 10 percent loyalty bonus in addition to what goes into your supplies credit bank each month on the member site.  (3) You can add/apply for an additional device on the member site.

If you’re interested in learning more or signing up to get your free printer, just go to:  https://xeroxsosp.distributionmgmt.com/onboarding/start?RID=353093 and click the blue button that says “Get Started”.  You can easily view all of your options and get more information on the plan.  We will be happy to assist with signup or answer any questions you may have.
