Just a quick note to say “thank you” for your rapid and effective response to our cries for “help” yesterday. It was fortuitous that we were opening accounts in the bank downstairs when we noticed your sign. You made for a happy ending to what had been a very frustrating day. It was great to get to the “office” this morning and be immediately productive.
